MBM was established to assist physicians and healthcare providers in dealing with the constant fiscal changes in the healthcare industry. Joe Gribbin is the founder and president of the company. Gribbin had 12 years experience as a hospital administrator before starting the company. Joe Gribbin Jr. is Vice President of Operations. He comes with a background in sales to radiology departments and a high interest in technological proficient operations. Soneaqua Flanagan is the Office Manager and serves as an advisor/consultant for physicians' offices. Flanagan has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management as well as a working background of over 18 years in medical office operations. Her proven strengths include office management, medical office collections and coding.
